Introductory Massage 

Your first 60min massage session includes an intake and discussion of your wellness goals. This session is priced at a reduced rate so that you can see if Active Health Massage is right for you.

Swedish Massage

Full body massage. Swedish massage uses long gliding strokes, kneading, frictioning, and jostling to relax the entire body, reduce stress, and relieve sore muscles.

Therapeutic Massage

A combination of massage modalities that relieves pain and works on specific problems. It incorporates deep Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release techniques,Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM), cupping, and more.
